SHIPPING ARRANGEMENT

Hong Kong&Macau

All orders will be prioritized for shipment using S.F. Express. Depending on the circumstances, alternative logistics providers may also be used.

(Residential address/Commercial address/S.F. Stations/S.F pick up points)

  • For purchases below HKD 500, a shipping fee of HKD 25 will be charged.
  • For purchases of HKD 500 or above, shipping is FREE.

Selected Asian Region

  • For purchases below HKD 500, a shipping fee of HKD 70 will be charged.
  • For purchases of HKD 500 or above, shipping is FREE.

International Shipping

All orders are shipped via Hong Kong Post.Depending on the circumstances, alternative logistics providers may also be used.

  • For purchases below HKD 1000, a shipping fee of HKD 200 will be charged.
  • For purchases of HKD 1000 or above, shipping is FREE.

Track & Trace

You will receive an email or SMS with order tracking information. Once the package has left the warehouse, you can track the order via SF Express/Hong Kong Post.

Handling Time

Upon receiving your order, we will process it within 7-10 working days. However, depending on specific circumstances such as peak seasons, there is a possibility that additional time may be required to process your order.

Delivery Time

Under normal circumstances, 

For Hong Kong and Macau:

  • Approximately 2-4 working days for delivery (depending on the shipping service provider).

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary (depending on the shipping service provider).
During sale periods, holidays, or inclement weather conditions, orders may take longer to be delivered.

    RETURN POLICY

    We at Biza Baza strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. In the event that you receive a damaged product caused by us, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and ensuring your satisfaction.

    Wrong order 

    NO alterations of order and no returns will be arrange for wrong order after the customer’s confirmation.

    Defects / incorrect item sent

    Please notify within 3 days upon receiving the order.
    Products of the same style and size will be provided subject to the availability of the product.

    The size for the exchanged product is subject to the availability of the product.

    Sales item

    Discounted items are final.NO return or exchange eligible for sales item.

    Sizes are all measured by human, and there might be a slight discrepancy. 

    Color abberation might occur due to different factors, such as individual computer monitors and lighting.

    Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

    Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

    Please use registered and traceable services when returning your package. 

    NO refunds ,under no circumstances, would be arranged.
    Exchange will be provided upon inspection & approval. 

    Courier charges are on the customer’s expense.

    Upon dispute, biza biza reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.
